morganbriejohns @newclothes224 hey, I'm not sure exactly how to make those measurements as the fabric is so flowy but I'll give it a try! From pit to pit lying flat at the front it is 15.5 in but there is extra room in the bust as the fabric is cinched at the waist (as you can see in pics). The waist is 13 in measured on the front while lying flat. There is elastic in the whole top part though. The hips I'm not sure how to measure as the fabric is wide and flowy there!

morganbriejohns @newclothes224 yes, there is some stretch in both so that it sort of clings to you at the back if that makes sense (you can see a bit of the elastic peeking out in the 5th pic)
