Floral wrap dress with plunging neckline

Beautiful wrap dress with plunging neckline and ruffled shoulder detail. Perfect condition. I have it pinned in the front in these images for a slightly more modest look but can also be worn unpinned with a cute bralet or corset underneath. Tag says small but honestly this would fit up to a size 12. (I'm an 8 for reference)
