Flowy Cleo Dress

Blue, flowy layered dress with an asymmetrical hem. It's knee length in the front and longer in the back at an angle. It's layers of a non-stretch polyester chiffon fabric. It pulls on with a button at the top of the back, see photos. Good condition.
