Flowy plum floral pleated Neva strappy empire waist dress

Flowy plum purple floral Neva empire waist dress, with pink / white / green print on textured polyester chiffon overlayer. Knotted fabric straps, pleated bodice. Zipper on bodice is stuck up at the top but teeth are open (see detail photo) - needs fixing or replacing, but opening could be pinned in the meanwhile. Stretch polyester lining. Lovely and billowy to wear. Tag says to dry clean, but easily washed on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag. Size 7; would fit a small or possibly a slender medium. 16" flat across at smallest part of waist (under bust). 38" from top edge of bodice to hem. From a non-smoking, pet friendly home.
