worldofdreams @lroglesby you can ask them for the replacement straps and it's good to let them know the bags names they shipp worldwide if you don't want an original strap you also can buy such kinda similar straps black and brown are easy to find on several places the difference will be the click on thingi and a but material will look different

worldofdreams @jasonjen88 GGL has catalogs online from their models until about 2012 (I hope they still there) you can search online the name of your bag and should find a Lot infos but if you have a leather or leather nylon mix they mostly have no name tag/creed if you have a bag without tag you can tag me in a picture and I can see if I can help

worldofdreams @jasonjen88 also each Bag has a "flag" inside where the "birthdate" is on or if you have one from the beginning times they have so called serial numbers on the creed if you have specific questions to a Bag or wallet feel free to ask me ♡

worldofdreams @jasonjen88 the keyclip- carabiner has a push button on the back the keyhook gets clipped in the metal holder on the bag and the push button gets pressed on the counter button on the Purse you can use the keyhook just as deco on the Purse or as a Keyring and still clip it on the bag - that way you don't have to search for your keys 😊

worldofdreams @jasonjen88 some bags don't have the keyhook on the front, some have a smaller one that is also a zipper helper others have a Ring attached inside and a detachable leather string with a clip on mechanism and a regular metal ring for the keys - this is common in the leather Nylon mix totes and some bags have no keyeing/carabiner at all it depends which series

worldofdreams @jasonjen88 I have to admit that I was a veeeery addicted to everything from them I collected about 150 bags, 40 wallets and all the tiny keychains and stuff I was completely gaga with that brand 🙈 but then they changed the quality and making that their bags became just mediocre and we moved back home if you like help or also anything translated I gladly help 😊

worldofdreams @lynnhouck19 thank you so very much ♡ the organization is because I have a tiny ocd 🙈 not sure if it's better like this or have the closet mixed 🤷‍♀️ I use "photo collage maker" to make the first pictures. That's for me the easiest photo program and it's free .

worldofdreams @lynnhouck19 to categorize I made the "bookmarks" for example shoes then you share your shoes and when all is shared you just add the bookmark. Once done you just have to share in this order - from bottom to bookmark basically
