2doglover OMG you are truly living the dream. My husband just commented that you must hate fighting all the traffic in New York City and I told him I bet you don't. Get stuck in it long enough and somebody's going to jump in the back of your truck and buy something LOL. I totally envy you. sherryzawacki8 my dad's parents lived in Manhattan daddy grew up in Manhattan...down block from I believe it's called the East River. daddy joined navy out of HS and served 4 yrs on aircraft carrier ships then he joined Merchant Marines for two yrs then he worked for Con Edison I'm sure u know the name

sherryzawacki8 so mommy grew up in Bergenfield NJ and moved out of my grandparents home when she turned 18 yrs old she was....and still tries to be at age 79 now.... independent. lol mommy went straight to find job on Wall Street while living alone in apt in city she's very intelligent and was hired at a lawyer's office as secretary
