Forever 21 Stripe Button Plunge V-neck Dress

Gorgeous dress, great quality considering it was purchased from Forever 21. I can't find a fabric tag but it feels like viscose. Also makes a great swimsuit coverup. Black and cream stripes, button front, tie belt, and deep plunge v neck. The sleeves are very loose and comfy. Fabric has no stretch at all but the cut is forgiving everywhere except the waist. Like new condition
