Jessica Simpson Navy/Black Bow Dress approx M/L

100% linen, fully lined navy dress by Jessica Simpson with black bows on the front. It has pockets! The halter is adjustable with 3 snaps behind the neck. The dress tag is size 12, BUT I had it altered so please see measurements. I didn't wear it very much so it is still in great condition, just wrinkled from storage. Measurements are: 16.5" across waist 18" across chest flat (but seams allow for bigger) 29" length from underarm.
