Forever 21 mini dress with lace up v-neck& dolman cut sleeves, in faux suede. This dress is empire waisted. Wide cut at the top with short dolman sleeves. Two side front pockets. Side zipper opening. Hem is an inch shorter in front. There is no fabric tag but I presume it’s a polyester fabric. It’s lightweight and soft. Super cute!
