Forever 21 smocked tie strap top (striped)

This tank top from forever 21 is super cute girly and comfy! The straps are adjustable and can be tied in many different ways to fit you perfectly. The tag says it is a size large however I would say that it definitely runs small! I am regularly a size small and this is only a little loose on me. However the material is quite stretchy. When I wear it I like tucking it in to turn it into a crop top. Very good condition almost like new
