Forever 21 strapless long tube dress

Don't think I've ever worn this. I bought it, and loved it but never got the chance to wear it. I would like it to go to someone who can wear it out and get the attention it deserves.😉 (I'm 6ft, on me it's a long tank top. I think it would be a shorter dress on other people)
