Formal Black Halter Dress size 9/10

This gorgeous black halter styled dress is fitted from the waist throughout the hip and then the skirt flares at the bottom, creating a striking silhouette. The top has a gorgeous black satin outline around the neck forming straps which cross at the back about the lower part of the shoulder blades. The satin also follows down from the neck under the arms to the back zipper. It's really stunning on. I placed a white shirt under it in a few photos so you can see more detail of the top. Machine wash cold water and fluff or air dry. My clothes are in a closet away from cooking and with cedar bars & humidity control in the closet. Our home is a non smoking home with hair dogs only.
