Beautiful leather knee high boots, (come up fully to the knee or even over depending on height) just slightly too big for me so never been worn.

@pepperram I just measured, the widest part is 16” almost exactly. They are quite generous.
One thing to note, is that they are very high up the leg and probably wouldn’t be good for someone with shorter legs (I’m 5”4 and not “leggy and they are fine but I wouldn’t think for someone much shorter) otherwise they would come up a bit too high over the knee to be comfortable.
