Lovely flattering midi dress made in Canada by Frank Lyman Design. Nice stretchy fabric is not noted but must contain some percentage of spandex. Marked as a size 12, fits more like a 10. Chest 40”, 16” shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 39” length (shoulder seam to bottom hem), 28” waist (stretch to 32”), 34” hip (stretch to 38”).
