Frank & Oak White Ribbed Wrap Tie-Front Shirt / Blouse

EUC, only worn once - I'm now a size XS / S (with a small bust) and I can't tie it quite tight enough to make it work. I expect it would work just fine for someone who wears size small with a bit of a bigger bust than me :)
