Black mesh dress with side ruching and ties at bottom. Can adjust length with ties. Full length to mid length depending on how much you ruche and tie. Strapless. NWT, never worn. Excellent condition. Size small, but is stretchy and can fit "medium" to "large" comfortably.

Is this dress lined? Can you see through it or can it be worn on its own?

@christineann308 Hi, sorry for the late reply. It is not lined. It is double layered, and the top can be folded down on the chest area for more coverage (that's how I would have worn it).
