Hi! Can you tell me the measurements of the waist? Do they fit oversized?

@kwh90 Hi. Unstretched they are 14 inches but I can pull them out to 19 inches. I am a true size 8 with a thick waist. I can either pull them up so they are on my waist or pull them down a bit so they're hip hugging (I like this better).
