cmmcdonougho6 I’ve been following the progress of the dress you bought from me and I noticed that the shipping info said it had no access to your location to be delivered. I’m not sure what to exactly do about that and you may want to contact your post office about this problem.

gypsymoth818 @cmmcdonougho6 I was informed by a postal worker today the pkg was sent with incorrect postage &in order for me to receive it I would have to cover additional $18 in cash\check at my door or return to sender. I have no checks\cash on me so they are returning it to you. Not sure where to go from there.

gypsymoth818 Sorry ran out of msg space_ they said it was listed as express but should have been sent normal PM priority shipping. I’ve never had this happen, hope we can figure out solution.

cmmcdonougho6 @gypsymoth818 well, I printed the postage info so on my end i did it right but contact poshmark support with the issue. I really can’t do much on my end so I’d advise contacting poshmark support (you just submit a case) and all explain the situation to them. Could you also mention that Therefore the pkge is lost if you can’t pay the 18$ . Usually they’re pretty understanding and will give refunds to each side.

gypsymoth818 @cmmcdonougho6 I feel really bad there was a mixup &not at all meaning to be rude but the package is not lost so I can’t report it as such. He showed it to me and it has my correct address- it’s the type of shipping label which is incorrect & listed Express not Priority Mail as per PM policy. No buyer should ever need to pay an additional $18 to receive a package when items are purchased with shipping paid for through the PM app.

cmmcdonougho6 @gypsymoth818 yeah. I would bring up a case, just choose one of the title options then explain the issue. They will get it and be able to figure it out. This is on poshmark and you need a refund and I deserve to have earned the money as well. But your the buyer so you need to make the case...just choose one of the options it most closely aligns with and explain in detail the issue. Then they may contact me and confirm then will return money to us each.

cmmcdonougho6 @gypsymoth818 I submitted the issue to poshmark support about the fact that you and I lost money and the dress is now lost somewhere. Hopefully they’ll refund us both. It should tell you through notification I when they decide. That’s the best I can do on my part. You deserve your refund same as I do. No worries, this is on the post office not you or I. 😉
