alideridder I’m sorry you feel that these $200 shoes were not in excellent used condition. The elastic still works, the logo has no major nicks, and the footbed is not worn down at all. The photographs of the shoes showed all, of any, flaws, therefore next time you may want to examine the pictures better or ask for more pictures. Thanks for your time!

penniless_so You order of Kate Spade rain boots was cancelled about 24 hours after it was placed. It was noted that this was an "accidental purchase." However, you made an offer that I accepted. By the time you had cancelled this order, I had already packaged and dropped your order off at the post office. Luckily, I was able to retrieve the package before it was sent out. This cost me significant time and effort. In the future, please be more aware of the time and effort sellers put in.

bobaben2 Beware of this seller. She sold me something that said “excellent used condition” when first of all, they arrived in a shoe box. Yes, a shoe box. Wth? You send me something I paid $90 for in a shoe box in the mail??? Also, there were multiple scratches all over the boots I bought from her. Be careful.
