Navy fully sequin skirt with a silver zipper at the back. Fully lined and very stretchy. Excellent condition - no flaws although some sequins might be loose/missing. Very densely covered in sequins so hard to tell. Measurements (laid flat): Waist - 12 inches Top to bottom - 17 inches
