koalaskids @barwick1624 I am sorry I did not see your message. The only way to ship a package is if we have a label. It was sold to you! Tracking shows delivery attempt was made but could not because of an animal. Hope you're able to get it soon. It was shipped as promptly as possible!

koalaskids @barwick1624 It shows delivery attempt was made September 30th and it is now October 3rd. They likely left you a pick up slip in your mailbox or on your door. It was dropped at the PO on 9/28 so attempted delivery was on time.
