troublemakers19 @506fred Hey theses are made just one pc no velcro and fit a adult size ....i am tall and it fits me up to knee... i would say they stretch but not really ...when you put them on it stretch but after it stay on nicely and does not come loose or slip off the leg at all😎🖤🤘
