Although the bag is unused/new, the zipper may sometimes catch the lining material when closing/opening the bag as the lining seems to be a little larger than the outer material. You can see some marks on the inner lining where the zipper caught as pictured. To prevent this, keep the bag unzipped when stored if the inside of the bag is empty. Once you put something in the bag when using it, the lining will not have any slack as the lining will be pulled down towards the bottom of the bag. I would like to be honest when selling things.
