GUC Starbucks Bearista Bear

This cute little Starbucks bear was bought in 2007 and has not left mystery jewelry box since. It is in near perfect condition except for the staining on his white shirt. The white shirt has yellow staining throughout. I am not sure if they can be removed or what they are from. No flaws or defects apart from the stained shirts. No returns.
