kimbamama I purchased the Ugg boots and was really disappointed. I unfortunately was called out of state to attend a family funeral at the time the boots arrived, therefore was unable to inspect and disapprove the purchase. The sheepskin inserts are missing so they were not in "like new"condition as you stated in your ad. Since the funds were already released to you I was unable to get a refund. Is there anyway you'd like to take care of this matter?
