Very good used condition. Has pockets and big puffy sleeves. This dress is an XXS and the torso has smocking, so has some stretch, but the fabric itself is not stretchy. The skirt has a flounce/tier. There are two small runs towards the bottom (see sixth photo). Please see photos for measurements and details.
