Gap puff sleeve top

Super lightweight hemp and cotton blouse/t shirt with puff sleeves that sit nicely mid arm, that hold their shape well as they are made of fine cotton poplin. In great condition, I think I wore it once, the slubs seen in the photo are due to the hemp content and are a natural part of the fabric.
