Gap small cotton dress

This is a brand new thickish cotton dress that unfortunately has a small rip around the tag. I could mend it but I may not do a bang up job but I am mostly lazy and my list if repairs is too long. It also has a little slight stain as photographed which unfortunately I really don't know what it could be. The dress color is lavender. It's a perfect dress for any occasion. Measurements: top 15" from shoulder to waist from waist line to bottom 29.5," 2 side pockets
