bonniesailer @fmoline2047 Hi, the first thing to do is to to go to your tiny profile photo on the upper right (I'm on my computer) ---- and find HELP AND SUPPORT. You can put any question into the SEARCH box and you will get a ton of info that way. SECONDLY --- go to YouTube ---- put in any question with POSHMARK in the subject line. There are literally hundreds of VIDEOS that will help you tremendously.

bonniesailer @fmoline2047 Just like any platform -- there is a ton to learn - and it took me a couple of years to learn how to sell and deal with all the low ball offers, etc. It does take a lot of time - and success tends to be slow. azia206 @sharynlon65 hey I shipped it on Monday. my mailman didn't take it in sat like he was supposed to. I received the cancellation after I had already sent it. I wouldnt of mailed it had I still had it in my possession. posh gives sellers 10daysto ship now, so you are aware. all orders are backed up with usps and some are not tracking at all.

Waited about 4 days and had to follow up with you about shipping. you stated you shipped the items the night prior and it should start to track. I waited a few more days and still no tracking. I then sent you a message requesting the tracking number and you have yet to respond. Horrible customer service!! Buyers beware!!
