Girls Dress Blue Mod Check Pattern Black & White Collar 1970s 1960s Size 4-5 Vtg

Vintage girls dress. Appears handmade. No size indicated but looks like it might be best for a child 4 or 5 years old. Pit to pit 14", total length 23". Has a couple of really light small stains and the lower seam needs a tiny bit of re-sewing as shown. Great mod look.
