Girls Vintage Sailor / Cheerleader Dress

This is such a cool, unique vintage piece. Maybe a dress? Maybe a costume? Sturdy (probably polyester?) fabric mock neck, pleated skirt, drop waist. Anchor appliqué on shoulder. Zipper at back is in great working condition. There are a few marks/small stains on skirt (see photos) but its generally in great vintage condition. It looks like it would fit a 6-8yo. Please check photos for measurements.
