Gorgeous "Josephine Chaus" Silk Blend Skirt

This skirt has a very unique rouching type wasteband, hidden back zipper, and beautiful feminine pattern. The dress has a lining and doesn't have stretch as it is a silk blend material. I don't know if this skirt has ever been worn when I look at it.
