Gorgeous sapphire blue vintage silk blouse with gold buttons

In love! Bright happy blue silk with these ornate gold buttons on the cuffs and at the collar. A front placket that hides all the front buttons but the top good one. Looks fantastic tucked into high waisted trousers or jeans. In good preloved vintage condition. A few small spots where the silk is a bit stressed, but no stains etc. Tagged a vintage size 14.
