Green Amethyst and Pearl Necklace in Gold

This gemstone necklace pairs pale green, ivory, lime green and deep emerald green for a decidedly Spring feel. The colours remind me of lily of the valley, which is why I named this necklace after one of my favourite flowers. Soft green amethyst, peridot and white and green freshwater pearls combine in this beautiful necklace, which is perfect for an elegant Spring wedding. Fine, gold-filled chain is dotted with the gemstones and tiny pearls, and then extends down to a lovely green keshi pearl pendant topped with a cascade of tiny pearls. The length of this necklace is adjustable from approx. 16-18" (40.6-45.7cm). My photos show the necklace at its various lengths. A tiny peridot stone decorates the end of the extender chain. Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
