Excellent used condition Grenson Nanette lace-up hiker boots in peat suede. Size 8 (5.5UK). These chunky but lightweight British It-girl boots are warm enough for Canadian winters and great for transitional spring and fall dressing. Ankle height (7" high), D-ring lace up, pull loop at heel and commando rubber sole with minor wear at heel. Suede upper and leather lining. Have been treated with weather-proof spray for suede material and brushed to remove dirt/debris. Come in original box. Currently retail for $200CAD plus tax.

_ess_jay @rrivany Yes I'd say they're true to size. I'm an 8-8.5 so this fits well for me with slightly thicker socks for winter.

_ess_jay @thebotanist no, they're a leather lined hiking-style boot. I wear them in the winter with a warm thick sock and they're fine for me (great in slippery conditions too because of the thick rubber sole!) but if you're looking for a Sorel-like heavy duty winter boot, this isn't it.

antiopaki @_ess_jay completely understand! I’m a little confused by the sizing 5.5UK is 8US but the listing indicates 8.5US….Grenson says 6UK is 8.5US…do they fit on the larger end?

_ess_jay @antiopaki I'd say they're between an 8 and 8.5 US. I'm an 8 and these give me space to wear a thick winter sock without being tight. If you're closer to 8.5-9, they're likely going to be too small. Best option is to measure your foot while standing - the insole is approx. 10" long. Hope this helps.
