Like new condition. Cute 1990's Bustier style party dress in women's size small. Fitted bodice with sweetheart neckline and boning in the bodice for a great fitted look. The skirt is layered with a polka dot lace overlay, champagne satin lining and then a ruffled tulle underskirt. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
