Pair with tall boots and you are done. It fits me and I am a small but would work best for an extra small frame. Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Sleeve: 24” Shoulder to Hem: 31” Waist: 13.75” Very slight discolouration around underarms and zipper as to be expected in an older piece. Not noticeable when worn.
