Gunne Sax Vintage 70s Prairie Dress Fits Size XS-Small

Vintage Gunne Sax dress ditsy floral calico. It's a purply/blue colour with lighter blue accents with dots and a black yoke. Midi length with tie waist. Quilted fabric details on neckline. Slight puff to the shoulders. Buttons on arm cuffs. Light overall fabric wear and fading on the ties at back. 3 buttons have been replaced but this is not noticeable when worn. Otherwise good vintage condition. No size or content tag but is presumably 100% cotton. Best Gunne Sax size guess is size 11.. current day closest to size Small but see all measurements provided. Please note measurements carefully! Measures approx 17.5" across bust (35 inches) , 14.3" across waist (28.6 inches but can be cinched tighter with ties in back) and 42" long from top of shoulder to hem. Gorgeous vintage piece that deserves to be adored. Questions welcome!
