This gorgeous dress is in excellent condition. I suspect it was worn for a grad and then packed away. It doesn’t have a fabric tag, but the fabric looks and feels like satin. It has plastic boning in it that gives it shape and the ruffles are just gorgeous. It will need to be pressed and cleaned before wearing.
