Gunne Sax iridescent purple blue black rose sheath prom 90s formal dress

Gorgeous vintage Jessica Mcclintock for Gunne Sax formal sheath maxi dress, in an iridescent material that shines royal purple to indigo blue depending in how the light is hitting it! Beautiful raised velveteen black rose designs that are clustered around the chest and become more spaced out further down the body of the dress. Roses have a bit of glitter to them. Dress has a slit on the left side amd closes with a hidden zipper in the back. Bodice of dress has light boning to hold its shape. Dress was originally strapless, but the previous owner added black plastic straps with clear rhinestones. There is one rhinestone missing from each strap. Straps could easily be removed again as they are not part of the original dress and were just stitched in to the lining. Dress is in excellent vintage condition. Pit to pit measures about 16.25", waist measures about 14.25", hips measure about 18.25", and length from pit to bottom hem measures about 45".
