Guy Laroche started producing couture collections in the late 50s, and continued until his death in 1989, when the fashion house continued with an assortment of designers, Rene Richard being the most recent.
Laroche was initially inspired by Balenciaga but quickly developed his own style, catering to the 'modern woman' of the 60s. The fashion house's designs to this day tend toward classic, timeless and practical styles.
This sharp wool-blend cropped jacket features an asymmetrical two-way zipper and an elegant draped neckline. It's marked size FR44, which roughly translates to a US12, but please check measurements to confirm. This jacket is brand new, unworn, with tags.
