H&M | NWOT Fringe A-Line Mini Skirt

- cute black mini skirt with fringe detail and tie belt. fringe stripes are 0.5" wide - a-line/ circle silhouette. elastic waistband underneath fabric belt - 2 side pockets. Polyester fabric. Unlined. ***comes with a matching top! Also available in my closet, just not listed together :) - CONDITION: NWOT -- excellent! basically brand new, tags off but never worn, the belt is still attached to the sides with the little plastic barb. Only flaw to note is a couple of loose thread ends along the belt stitching. Please see close up photos for examples of overall condition.
