Flare measures 10" across the bottom, when laying flat - Denim has a rough finish and is lightly distressed-- the pant hems also have a uneven raw edge. However, there is a really faint mark on the front of the left leg (photo 14-15), it is barely visible and likely from manufacture. Otherwise brand new!
