H&M | Ruffle Shoulder Chiffon Dress

- mid-length dress in navy blue chiffon material - flowy shape with large layered ruffle detail around neckline and shoulders. V-neckline and sleeveless. - contrasting smocked elastic waist and fabric-covered buttons run down the front. - unbuttons from the top and the bottom but the button at the waist is stitched in place (does not fully open) - lined in matching blue satin-feel fabric - Good Used Condition. Worn many times, with some light signs of wear: most visibly some colour lift on the fabric, as well as some light pilling in the frill edges and some visible thread ends around seams including buttons. Otherwise has no major flaws -- no rips or stains, and has a lot of life left! Please see close up photos for examples of noted flaws and overall fabric quality!!
