- new with tags never worn - see photos for measurements - I didn’t know sale items were final sale - says small but fits like a big medium - pit to pit 17” - waist 15.5” - I’m always a medium and this fits and could be taken in - short butterfly ruffle sleeves - ruffle down the front and back - plunge back with tie - neck line wrap has a stitch to close but I feel needs another stitch or fashion tape - fully lined - feels and looks like lightweight linen - see video for natural light exact colour
