Halter neck summer dress

A tiedye halter neck purple/pink summer dress. It was bought as a gift for me as a tween from either Cancun, Mexico or Jamaica almost 10 years ago at this point. It no longer fits and I never wear it. Think it is a child's extra large. It has scallop edges on the bottom with white details.
