I love the 2 cuffs but only one fits from this batch. I know you are having a problem sizing because of the leather thickness. I can help, I know what you are doing wrong. I am a jeweler as well, and when create super thick cuffs or chubby beaded bracelets we can't measure the length. Try having a more organic approach in that respect. Start from yourself, know your wrist size, then see how it fits you. I promise you will be closer to your customers size. XXXXX

so when you are labeling the final size, just put what size wrist it will fit instead of the length. I made that mistake last week I noticed, I measured this bracelet with 1/2 inch beads as 9 inches XL. I tried it on, and it fit a perfect 6.5" wrist, so now I labeled it correct. If bracelet had too much room, I can see how many inches are the difference, or if it didn't fit me, I see by how much and judge from there. I hope I helped I love your work and want to see you succeed
