Handmade Crushed Velvet Burnt Orange Fall Dress

The most perfect fall dress I have ever laid my eyes on!! Gorgeous rich burnt orange colour, crushed velvet, with a stunning lace up detail at the cleavage. This item is handmade, and possibly vintage, I believe it would best fit a size medium, but please refer to measurements below. The material does have a decent amount of stretch to it, with the exception of the armholes and neckline because they are lined with a non stretch fabric. Armpit to armpit - flat and unstretched: 16.5 Waist flat and unstretched: 14 Back of neck to hem: 43.5”
