Handmade Pendant With Natural Tahitian (?) Or South Sea (?) Golden Pearl

Unique handmade pendant with real fancy yellow / gold pearl. It is of baroque shape and looks like either Tahitian, or South Sea saltwater pearl. It is quite large, about 12 mm, as shown in pictures with the ruler, and has some birth marks that are typical for pearls of this kind. The metal is silver color, but I don't think it's 925 sterling silver.
