I bought this at an import store, I was told it was hand made in India from recycled saris. It's reversible, double layered, and has a handkerchief / pixie hem. Waistband is 48" long without the ties, each tie is 24". Skirt is 29" long from the top of the waistband to the tip of a point. Smoke-free pet-friendly home
